This project is a state-of-the-art design for a factory for a state-of-the-art building technology. The entire factory in RCC will be manufactured and installed in 2 months time.
We have been associated with this exciting technology for construction called 3D Monolithic Precast Concrete. This technology consists of an properitary mould which is completely automised to cast ‘Concrete Boxes’ – which are cuboids with 4 sides and 1 roof slab which are homogeneous – structurally. Unlike 2D precast, the edges are jointless and leakproof. These 3D casts can be arranged to form buildings of various uses. The potential is unlimited and the biggest virtue is reduction in construction time. We have proved it to be 10X faster than conventional Cast-in-situ RCC construction and 5x faster than 2D precast construction technologies.
